Aroma: Earthly Spice, rising treacle cake and caramel sauce.
Palate: So wet and delicisious with flavours of vanilla, peanut brittle, clove, brazil nuts and gentle cinnamon and flinty ginger. Rich in its mouthfeel and seemingly palate-perfect for winter but, as it moves from sweet to bitter at the back palete, it proves refreshing for all time.
This beer was first brewed together with, and forever dedicated to, Boyd and his staff at Belair Fine Wines, SA's home of the Great Wall of Beer.
